20 Marsham Road MOUNT WAVERLEY VIC 3149
I propose to remove the existing tree in the front yard, due to the serious damage to the retaining wall, interference with powerline and water main, and roots intrusion into the sewer line. After removal, we will repair the damage at our own cost and plant a cherry blossom tree as a replacement.

The Willow myrtle at the backyard has deadwood within canopy, stem decay and stems splitting. We are doing knock down and rebuild, this tree is directly impacted by the proposed development as showing on the Arborist report. We would like this tree to be removed as suggested by the Arborist. Also this tree is too close to the sewer connection points which caused drain blockage previously.
