What’s proposed
Seeking permission to remove Liquid amber tree from front of house property block at 7 Gregory Crescent. It has grown to a substantial height. The tree is located very close to the front of the house, causing issues with power/phone lines attached to front of the house, the roots have potential to cause issues to house slab and plumbing and the debris from the tree is causing issues for myself and neighbours despite cleaning it up every day. Plan to replace it with a Lilly Pilly tree. As tree is at the front of the house access is freely available with no restriction from dogs or gates.
