Pool installed 2017 however Final on drainage not completed at that time. Keira completed final 10/08/2020 (thank you) however the previous compliance certificate expired 28/07/2020 and I require another to finalise purchase from Paul Bourne Homes. Could I please organise another compliance inspection to be completed so I may finalise exchange / settlement with PBH. Thank you. Regards Steve Leddin
