What’s proposed
I have two Chinese Elms that overhang neighbouring properties. The larger tree (Tree 1) is dropping limbs every year, usually because of wind storms and increased foliage weight during rain. This poses a risk to neighbouring buildings. I would like to have dead, diseased and dangerous limbs removed from both trees, as well as have the trees pruned back and shaped.
