What’s proposed

To whom it may concern, I am seeking approval for permission to remove a large tree, prior to the settlement of a property which I am in the process of purchasing. I have had independent plumbing inspections completed as part of the inspections which revealed the tree roots are impacting sewerage lines significantly. I will repair these plumbing issues but hope to prevent future issues. I feel the size and nature of the tree also pose a significant risk to injury and damage from limb falls/wind storms. Owner's permission has been granted, and Wade Ryan, Tree Consultant will be inspecting the tree as well.
