What’s proposed
Residential Alterations and Additions - Retaining wall (1.7m in height, 17.5m in length) in the backyards of units 8 and 6 Baret Street Lidcombe has in recent times started leaning back away from the units. We have had a tradie come in to fix the general fence that's sitting on top of the retaining wall, and through this repair process, found the retaining wall was failing to a significant extent. The wall needs to be fixed asap and would much appreciate approval as it could be dangerous not to rectify. Fix is to replace timber with concrete
