RENOTIFICATION due to the lodgement of amended plans. The application proposes demolition of existing building, tree removal, excavation and construction of a new 8-storey mixed use development with 13 residential apartments, 2 ground floor retail tenancies, basement levels containing 14 car parking spaces, rooftop private and communal open spaces, and associated landscaping works.
