What’s proposed

319 Armstrong Street North

Status
LodgedThe council has received the application. No decision yet.

Council’s wording: We are looking to change two finishes/materials from the original approval. We are wanting to change the "Face Brickwork" from San-Selmo Limewash to Austral Indulgence Praline due to availability issues. The Feature Face Brickwork is to remain as San-Selmo Limewash. The bricks are a similar colour, but are just flatter and more uniform. We are also looking to alter the front door from a timber finish to a flat painted finish in Haymes Beowulf with a feature timber handle. Both of these changes are due to product availability issues.

Have your say

  1. Check it’s open for comment. Each council sets its own deadline, and some planning permits aren’t advertised for comment at all.
  2. Read the plans. They’re usually on the council’s page for this application (opens in a new tab).
  3. Write to the council. Quote the reference PLP/2025/586/SC and the address. Say what you support or object to, why, and how it affects you.
  4. Keep to planning matters, such as height, overshadowing, privacy, noise, traffic, trees and heritage.
  5. Expect it to be public. Many councils publish submissions, sometimes with names. Check the council’s privacy notice before you send yours.
