What’s proposed
Proposal is to propose an Extension on the Existing dwelling to extend further back and extend forward of the site to create a larger home and to demolish most of the homes footprint and redesign the house internally and externally. Covenant on the land so we have increased living area and also finished all externall material with brick and roof tiles. If the Permit can be a Vic smart permit please feel free to refund us with the application fee, as land is under 300m2 and has a DDO we submitted as a normal application as the highest point is over 6m.
