1. Unit 1 – Front Setback The front setback of Unit 1 has been amended to 1,450 mm from the front boundary, in accordance with the latest Subdivision Plan. 2. Unit 1 – Front Private Open Space / Fence /Porch Although the dimensions shown on our previous plans were already relatively close to those shown on the updated Subdivision Plan, we have now amended the architectural plans to align more precisely with the dimensions of the Unit 1 front private open space, fence and porch area. For ease of review, the relevant dimensions are shown in purple on the attached draft plan and correspond with the dimensions shown on your Subdivision Plan. 3. Units 1 & 2 – Northern Walls The northern walls of Units 1 and 2 have been adjusted 50 mm further away from the northern boundary to align with the latest Subdivision Plan. 4. Units 2 & 3 – Visitor Parking Area The separation between Units 2 and 3, where the visitor parking space is located, has been increased from 3,200 mm to 3,240 mm, in accordance with the latest Subdivision Plan. 5. Units 3 & 4 – Northern Walls The northern walls of Units 3 and 4 have been moved 40 mm further away from the northern boundary to align with the latest Subdivision Plan. 6. Units 3 & 4 / Units 4 & 5 – Party Walls The party wall separating Units 3 and 4 has been adjusted towards the east to align with the latest Subdivision Plan. The party wall separating Units 4 and 5 has also been slightly repositioned to align with the dimensions shown on the latest Subdivision Plan.
