The proposed development involves the construction of dual swing entry gates at Ingenia Federation Glenroy. The proposed entry gate is located at the southern end of the site, approximately 28m from Box Forest Road. The purpose of the proposed development is to provide a dual swing entry gate providing two-way access and security for the residents of Ingenia Federation Glenroy. The proposed development will replace the existing exit boom gate, relocating it on the north side of the new gates. The width of the proposed development is 13m, with the width of each gate at 5m wide. There are two fence panels as part of the gate (0.69m wide hedge panel and 0.8m wide centre island panel) as well as a pedestrian access gate (1m wide). The steel, spear top gate measures a total of 2.1m in height.
