What’s proposed
Alterations and additions to existing building. We need to replace the roof on the entire building due to rust on the awning and absestos on the main building. We have also been asked to put in for a planning permit for the alterations we made to the front of the building over two years ago. We had to replace the glass on the front of the buliding (in consultation with Sarah Ford) due to the glass being broken and dangerous. We are also looking to put an advertising sign (3.0m wide by 4.1m high) on the back of the building which is pictured in the photos that we have attached.
