Council’s wording:
The levels of the house have changed a bit because of the shared neighbouring lot, the level of the garage is changed to avoid undermining the neighbouring slab. The windows are the same, but the sizes have changed a bit because of the supplier's specifications Below are the comments from the architect: There is a difference in house FFLs between the town planning drawings and working drawings because a different TBM has been used on each survey, however, the levels are the same relative to the site. There has been a change to the Garage FFLs as the step-down was reduced from 190mm to 86mm. This was to avoid undermining the adjoining footing and will not increase wall height, as the top of the wall height has not changed. The changes were made as a reason because the client's previous builder went into administration and didn't have the plans so the plans were made by another architect.
