The revised Masterplan increases the lot yield from 15-Lots/Hectare to 16-Lots/Hectare. The increased yield, primarily in Stages J & K is in consideration of deleting Condition 11 from PLP/2023/80 and working to deliver further lot diversity and built outcomes. In reference to housing diversity, you may be aware of the recent Planning Permits that have been issued for Lucas to deliver townhouse and dual dwelling products that provide 2-bedroom homes. Aberdeen is looking to introduce these built products also; Integra has committed to delivering the builds for these products in Lucas and Aberdeen through several local builders. Consequently, the revised Master Subdivision Plan submitted for endorsement includes additional Small Lot Housing Code lots to deliver these diverse housing products. In addition to the increased yield, we have modified some of the staging north of the south Park; Stages AA, J, K & N. The revised staging encompasses the Park perimeter and provides for earlier activation of the delivery.
