What’s proposed

I am a specialty store dealing with fresh fruit and producing fruit products of all sorts. i have a processing room, chiller and freezer and a shop front. Part of my business is wholesale, retail, production of beer, wine and spirits. A liquor license is required in order to fulfil this part of the business and therefore a planning application is required to change the operation of the business that is currently registered for 5/40 port pirie street bibra lake, 6163. this facility was previously a pet food store but is no longer, we have since taken over the lease and wish to apply for alcohol license. to do this we need to make the above changes from pet store to specialty store and manufacturing
