What’s proposed
This proposal seeks to remove the existing dwelling and shedding on the site, to build up the land to the required level, and to construct a new single storey residence, a swimming pool, and a double garage. The new residence will consist of a concrete slab on ground with a timber framed roof and walls. The southern side of the house will be brick veneer construction with a rendered and painted limestone external leaf. The northern side of the house will be a combination of large expanses of glass, and timber framed walls lined with painted grooved plywood cladding. A fibreglass lap pool will be constructed on the north side of the residence. A new double garage and rainwater tanks will be installed to the east of the lap pool.
