What’s proposed

Remove two (2) Archontophoenix cunninghamiana (Bangalow Palm) adjacent to the front boundary and replace with two (2) small-sized local native tree from Council’s Development Control Plan 2022, Annexure B3-2 Tree Canopy Replacement Planting List, of minimum 45L pot size, anywhere on the property, within one (1) month of removal. These Palms are in very small raised garden beds with insufficient soil volume and space to mature. Both Palms are in unsustainable locations - the northernmost cluster of Palms is impacting the water meter and tap.
