What’s proposed

1. Rationalization of the core with the deletion of dual entry goods lift. 2. Deletion of the Food and Beverage POD from the ground floor. 3. Removal of the internal plant and equipment from Level 8 and relocation to Level 9 within the approved plant and equipment area. 4. Lowering of the approved substation below ground level by 800mm, removing the step in the mezzanine level. 5. Replacement of the currently approved terracotta tile screen material applied to the eastern, southern, and western podium façade of the building with a powder-coated aluminium screen material of a similar color tone. 6. A minor increase in the height of the plant and equipment area and the associated screen by 600mm, with no change to the approved overall height to the roof terrace. 7. Deletion of perimeter landscaping from Levels 3 and 8, compensated by additional opportunities in higher priority areas, including the ground floor and the rooftop. Level 3 will still have terrace trees, satisfying Condition 5 (a).
