What’s proposed
Remove one (1) Melaleuca quinquenervia (Broad-leaved Paperbark) from the backyard and replace with two (2) small-sized local native tree/s from Council’s Development Control Plan 2022, Annexure B3-2 Tree Canopy Replacement Planting List, of minimum 45L pot size, anywhere on the property, within one (1) month of removal. This tree is in excellent health and vitality however it is in an unsuitable and unsustainable location - its trunk is growing up against the boundary wall of 13 Blenheim Street, there were cracks present. This tree's trunk has the potential to double in thickness, it is recommended that it be removed before the damage to surrounding structures worsens.
