What’s proposed

Proposed replacement of existing retaining walls that has failed and continues to fail as time lags. This requires urgent action prior to the retaining walls start damaging adjacent structures and or become threat to neighbouring properties and asset. As part of the proposal the owner intends to correct the rear yard to make it more usable and erect a stand alone shed. The proposal will require removal of existing significant trees which has become dangerous for habitation as well as associated fence.

  1. Check it’s open for comment. Each council sets its own deadline, and some development applications aren’t advertised for comment at all.
